Hmmm. If I were a lawyer for NOT, I might point out that our share price didn't necessarily go through the roof with that NR. Seems to me we were halted at 2.41.

Too many NRs too fast, and a slip that they thought they could get away with because I believe the other side had done the very same thing........no?

In any event, I don't think either side wants a suit........they are too smart for that, unless Not gets that big 66 2/3 which they won't, so I at present am not going to worry about that. They are each going to get what they want, groan, I think, today.
