to add to my thoughts about 15 years ago i bought a farm next to a golf course and made a subdivision with 25 lots. all my money was gone to purchase the land and build infrastructure to the first 6 lots. these lots sold for much less than market value to give me the cash flow to finish the infrastructure to the remaining lots. in the end all of the lots sold but the last 10 lots i made all my profit and sold them for 4 to 5 times the amount i received for the first 6 lots. freewest is being sold short term to fund the long term development of this area. when we look back 10 years from now that 1 dollar price tag will seem insane. noront will be the land package where the greatest profit for rof is. so i am happy for the freewest shareholders that made a quick buck but i want the big prize and that requires patience and a lot more nerve.
