What is NOT thinking...!!

Just received a NR by email from NOT that was dated Dec.9th about tendering FWR shares to NOT..I think these NR are sent out by a public relations company..If that is the case I hope NOT isn't paying these people.. they certainly are not getting their monies worth..BTW this is the 2nd OLD NR that I have received today...Whatsup??
