Since Noront did not get more than 12% of Cliffs shares, the offering now to FWR holders is not a buck in cash but a buck in Cliff USA shares. Enough holders of FWR already responded to this idea of "we do not want Cliff shares." during the webcast. I doubt Jan. 15, 2010 convincing will work. Wonder what will happen next.
