IMHO if NOT did not have the backing of a Major this was a foolhardy attempt by Wes and the BOD...If NOT was to be successful ,there had to be a rise in NOT's sp...not a decline as we saw for 5 consecutive days last week...whether it was 4:1 or 3.5:1 for one share of NOT ... it had to make financial sense to tender your FWR shares..My concern is what will happen to the shareprice of NOT in the short term...The BOD needs to be held responsible for their actions...I still believe in NOT..But maybe I should be in cash right now till this blows over...Don't know...Still in a state of confusion...Anyway GLTA....Regards..R R
