Voting shares

See post of Sedar on the FWR board. Seems NOT may now be able to vote their shares as will whoever purchased shares up to I believe December 22/09.

Now that NOT has dropped it's bid....can they now purchase FWR shares on the open market before December 22 and vote those shares?

Meeting date has also been moved forward to January 25 from January 15

I'm thinking this is far from over
