Rail Shipping Costs?

I'm trying to figure out if its feasible to direct ship concentrated/upgrade Chromite ore to China.

Can one of the Rail or Logistics guys tell me how much it would cost ($/tonne/km) to ship by rail from McFaulds to Vancouver/Thunder bay/Montreal port(s). The assumption is that we would be running dedicated regular runs of Chromite in open hoppers based on an ongoing contract rate.

If anyone has the #'s I'd appreciate hearing them.
