The error in your logic is simple. No other junior drills 365 days of the year(minus Christmas and breakup). Most juniors have short drill projects. They will make announcements like, 4 holes for 2400 metres. When their drills finish those 4 holes, the drilling stops and we wait for the next announcement. In NOT's case they have dedicated to a continuous drilling pattern and therefore it becomes news when they stop drilling.
