Hmm. FNC 44,937,981 F/D. Market cap about 22.5 M; so NOT offers .75 cents a share. Let's see: get the SP of NOT up a wee bit and the SP of FNC down a wee bit and offer one NOT for three FNC. Maybe they get FNC for 15M NOT. I don't think there is a CLF behind FNC and it's not a really big morsel; so NOT can probably pull it off. I like it. For the record I own NOT and FNC. All JMHO.
