Hello All,

I've been quiet as of late for a couple of reasons. A change in job kept me occupied. I am grateful at this time of year, and in these uncertain times, to at least have a job - Bless all of those less fortunate who may not. I also decided to stay away for practical reasons. I am not a trader per se - so day to day volatility and information isn't as important to me as it may be to others. The NOT-FWR-CLF deal was exciting - but it got the best of me. I was wrong in some assumptions that the NOT chromite 43-101 would not come out during the takeover situation. This was another reason for me to sit quiet and think about how I may have incorrectly analyzed a situation and provided some negative information for the board.

Lastly - all these Christmas wishes on the streets, people being more kind, opening doors, letting people go first, helping each other out in general; it's such a positive vibe. It's a great time of year and I really want to extend my thanks to all of those on this board for what they have done for all of us in '09.
