Message: Stable outlook for base metals in 2010

Sudbury, I have heard that as well. It is going to be interesting to see what happens. It is hard to imagine that they can get the whole thing up and operating; including mill, smelter, acid plant and refinery. If they manage then that will for sure have huge implications for the union and the whole business, not only for Vale but also for other companies
