You raise some interesting points K re permitting timelines. If Cliff's sticks to their open pit approach and have a longer permitting process than NOT with their underground approach, NOT may get to market faster which could be important. Since Noront's approach seems to rely on fairly small volumes in the early years, they could achieve these targets even with Cliff's looming around the corner both timewise and geography wise.

I think the RoF will have a very interesting stock market year in 2010. We have been lulled into thinking that Noront SP is controlled and that other plays are better and to be fair some plays have done better in the last month but I think Noront is going to have a great year and taking our eyes off this company will be a mistake.
