There are many stocks that go up and down and almost as many that do not move much for months on end.
Example of one of mine changing:
Oct.16 $0.90
Dec.3 $1.80
Dec.31 $1.15
Now $1.62
No or insignificant news throughout. ( Gold stock reacting to gold price?)

Another ( silver stock) not changing much for months about $0.75 +/-0.05 but with timely & decent production reports.

Noront is not an exception by any means.

One has to have a good dose of humour and/or cold blood to be in the stock market.
It is a necessary trait of survival, else you end up at the funny farm.
