The ratio of share prices only tells a small part of the picture. Look at the market capitalization for the bigger picture. NOT has a market cap of ~$320 million with ~167 million shares out. Probe has a market cap of ~$36 million with ~18 million shares out. Fancamp has a market cap of ~$21 million with ~38 million shares out.

So the ratio of the value of FNC:NOT is ~15:1 and the value of PRB:NOT is ~9:1.
