Spider controls a lot of land in the area, all of it JV'ed with KWG. BMK would be the second biggest holder, and SPQ/KWG would be third, but most of the better stuff is JV'ed to a 3rd party, such as FWR or UC. Most of it is very strategic at the moment and getting better.
