Both you guys need to do a bit of DD. Take a look at the NOT chart and make sure you include the RSI numbers. What you will find on the last two lows is the following;

October 5, 2008 - Close $1.55, RSI 34.63

November 18, 2008 - Close $1.50, RSI 34.77

The current RSI is 38.56, indicating way oversold (retail Sheople bailing). My guess is another day or so of shakeout before the buyers return. If you are waiting for $1.50, forget it, you won't see it imho.
