I keep wondering what noront will vote on 1/25. Will Noront vote yes or no on Cliffs deal. Has anyone talked to Wes or Rosseau Group about this?

Noront ownes 11 755 018 shares of Freewest

Rosseau Asset Management 11 000 000 No?

MMCAP 14 627 500

I know it's unrealistic. However, I always hoped Noront or Roseeeau would take charge and help lead the fight to increase Cliffs offer for Freewest. They are in a prime position as they know many of the contacts of majors who would be interested. Noront would benefit, a) more money with increased offer. b) more advertisement for Noront's own Chromite, c) help solicit a new major into Ring of Fire, who would compete for Noront's own ore, d) possibly work out a deal between Noront and a major with money muscle to outbid Cliffs and consolidate ROF under a Noront/Major JV banner. -sg
