What if NOT and Rosseau both vote "no" to the Cliffs offer, and the FWR shareholder fight to block this "merger" with Cliffs is successful in the end. I think FWR 's stock would drop short term.

Would it be possible that NOT, with greater vision this time around, might then step up to the plate again, and make a far more realistic offer to FWR , than Cliffs' measly $1.00 .

I've always hoped that NOT and FWR could work things out. Two great companies in a prime position in the ROF.

Am I being naive?!
