Windfall, etc

Speaking about attitude, I think that Windfall, Eagle Hill et al, speak to the attitude of Noront's board and management towards retail stockholders. It is also the same ineptitude, IMO, that caused the entire screw-up with FREEWEST, that was in fact starteded unnecessarily by attitudes displayed on the part of Noront towards Freewest, up to year earlier.

None of this had to happen, but the management of Noront caused BOTH screw-ups to happen. This is a different company than found Windfall, no matter the name is still the same, and now people are realizing the difference. There might be calls for heads to roll when the SP hits $1.00 or less.

I like Noront's land position, but so far with the lack of proved economically developable deposits, I dont see any reason it is any better than any other Ring of Fire stock. At this point, lacking a economically developable deposit, all the attention will move away from Noront, towards Probe, KWG, SPQ, FWR, Fancamp, etc.

Takeover-wise, can Noront stand the dilution necessary to take over someone like FWR or Fancamp? Offering more stock, to get unsubstantied deposits, might cause the SP to decline to offset the offer. Thats what I am thinking now.
