Will Noront release any news of substance before this PP closes? I though we would have already heard something. If not, we will have to wait until some time in February.

"Closing is anticipated to occur in February, 2010 and is subject to certain customary conditions including, but not limited to, the execution of definitive documentation and receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange."

Any thoughts on this? Am I out to lunch? I hope so, but I thought it was common practice not to release material news while waiting on a PP to close.
