I agree it appears that some institutional investors had an agreement with NOT to back thier play for FREEWEST and then renegged on thier agreement. They are paying a good price for these shares considering the current share price and although we don't need the money it is worth it to get it at this price. It is the institutional investor getting the raw end here.
