Something written like it is seems like obfuscation. To make obscure. So, I read it as the opposite to what it appears. I don't think it relates to those that tendered shares to NOT, as at first read. I think it relates to those who had promised (mild word) to tender to NOT, and did NOT. We are tanking on low volume. Perhaps it isn't only retail that worry. And, what if the FWR deal falls through?
