Where have you ever seen a company do a PP at $2.75 when the stock price is $1.80....AND....after that announcement, the share price can't even move up from $1.80?

Perhaps it would have been better for shareholders to have this "institution" purchase these shares on the open market. 2.4 million shares ago we were over $2.00 a share. Perhaps that would have been a hard order to fill while keeping the share price low for the time being.

Now, who really benefits from a low share price...well, it has been a whole month since they last granted stock options....maybe more coming?
