If our BOD is prepared to accept $2.75 per share ,
in order to compensate for their ,presumably, losses on the failed take over of Fwr from a third party sometime down the road in February ,
it makes me believe that the share price ,given the inside information in their possession, will be much lesser in value than that which is agreed between the parties.
Therefore there is nothing exiting in the short time , assay wise , or any other predicament that would send the SP surging forward and i assume we will be languishing as we are and SP being eroded few pennies everyday for the foreseeable future .
Good luck to us ,we need it.
My opinion only,
Cheers.
