Babjak1, I took this line to mean if Cliffs gets FWR than a plan and start of infrastructure is certain. Therefore any companies with an known resource will have an increased value as the biggest hurtle will have been taken care of by this Cliffs deal. So I believe BMK is saying let the drills drill because we all have the potential to make money, big money with infrastructure in place..
