Motives.

I've been thinking more and more about this recent PP for $2.75.

It involves approx. 2.5 million shares representing approx. 1.5% of Noront shares.

During the AGM back in Mid October , Wes commented that institutional ownership was at 59%. There's been quite a few trading days from Mid Oct. to now. Is the motive perhaps to get 67%?. With that level of control you do what you want and you avoid the FWR situation.

This PP may just accomplish that last bit of needed work. If this is the motive then perhaps once it is fully accomplished we will be allowed to move up.
