I agree with that if there is no deal, all ROF players will be hurt. Momentum slows, exitement vanes, etc. It will also demonstrate that Nickel and not chrome is the king of the hill from which NOT should benefit as more will be discovered.

If Cliff wins, fine there will be more focused action to drive the development, which also ultimately will help NOT. NOT and Cliff may agree on NOT getting the nickel and Cliff getting the chrome(also future discoveries), a win win for both.
