Open pit mining , road and or rail on the muskeg not an easy task .

There will be lots of setbacks ,environmental , First Nation , weather , land and soil structure and on top of all: the government .

I think that Cliffs deadline for the mining is little too optimistic and they will come to a vision that Canadian standards are not lesser than the Americans.
