To me:

Lowered price on low volume is due to not enough buyers and means that potential buyers do not think much of the share price.

Rising price with low volume is due to not many sellers so not enough of a price rise for profit taking.

High volume is another matter and I will not hazard any guesses ( too many possibilities), not yet.
