I was just wondering if anyone knew how rail worked in Canada? If Cliff's builds the rail line then does Noront only have to pay a fee in order to use the rail line? No upfront cost to Noront, just on a variable basis? Or does Noront have to pay upfront some portion in order to use the rail line? I was also wondering if other claim holders in the ring of fire will be permitted to use the rail in order to obtain fuel and supplies for exploriation without paying upfront costs? If anyone knows it would be great to know?
