operating is a vague term...

drilling is operating...

but keeping the drill warm... is operating too...

checking the oil once every week is operating too...

nothing one can say about the drills with such vague terminology.

One should ask, is the drill turning... is the core coming out the hole at this very moment? :D haha how the hell is Joanne supposed to know that. Its not like every drillbit has a webcam attached to it, showing her every second of the day whats coming out of the hole...
