Shutting down Cliffs to force consultation with respect to future transportation corridors seems to explain things very well.

however the use by Noront of Matrix to do their logistics, bypasses the various FN logistical companies and has created problems which can be possibly solved by giving Martin Falls Logistics and Webeque Logistics more logistical opportunities.

while the railway corridor has created problems with FN so has the use of Matrix
