That may well be he case but the market usually responds to the worst optics where NOT is concerned. It serves a lot of purposes. I would guess that good news will come out some time down the road along with a resolution to the FN issues which will give NOT a pop. I think we could still see some accumulating for a while at low sps prior to that. We recently had a little upward move in NOT only to see it come right back down to where we are now. We may experience something similar again before we see news. But then again maybe not. As usual, we wait to see.
