A very important concept in business today. Crazydik has been around here for a long time. He is a lawyer, an investor, a risk taker, a longtime follower of NOT and a calming influence with his posts reminding us of what assets we have. His brand is "Wake me up at $20". In other words - have no fear, just have patience. I sort of like his trademark and for anyone who noticed, he stopped using it for a while, probably because someone got on his case for being too presumptuous. Lar has become "The Hoov". Somewhat of a superhero branding, and we have come to respect and trust his due dilligence and we expect him to share it. Maybe this is a case of all of us being too presumptuous, but he appears to be a hardworking never stopping kind of supersleuth who is even travelling by donkey through the mountains of Mexico to get the facts on an investment opportunity. If I ever get to meet Glorieux, I will be totally shocked if he doesn't look like Steve Jobs. We all get comfortable with branding.
Not has its own branding with the Johnny and June drills, Ring of Fire, Eagles and Eagles nest, Blackbirds etc. You kind of get familiar, maybe too familiar with this company and it is hard to let go. But really, those of us who have been around for a while know every press release that has come along to reinforce that branding. We have read all the technical reports and posted about them until we are tired of posting. We know this was a seven dollar stock at one time, we have added a lot of value since than despite the share price decreasing. We have seen the modelling of the orebody improve and can see that it is a dream deposit for underground mining. Straight down, no chasing veins all around, minimal waste handling, minimal surface infrastructure. You can argue that the chromite is too small, the vanadium too deep, the gold too sparce. However, once something starts in the Ring, everything is possible. Once primary infrastructure like transportation and power are established, the dynamics and the economics get transformed.
WE are almost there, let the man sleep.
