Still have NOT received my Noront shares

for the Freewest shares I tendered to Noront on Dec. 8th!!

Vanguard Brokerage has just again advised me that they are having a terrible time getting the Canadian transer agent to release the unrestricted shares that I am entitled to. Evidently the lawyers and custodians are confused about something!

We are being told that the Canadian Transfer gents can hold the shares of U.S. citizens for as long as they need to work things out. It can go on forwever, and we have no recourse! Vanguard will keep inquiring.

Has any other U.S. citizen on this board faced this nonsense? If so, would you let me know the name of your broker, please? Vanguard could use some help.

I'll never tender my shares again. Just sell outright!
