I look at the level two and see who is bidding and for how low. If they are an entity of note, under the present circumstances that we are in, waiting for news, with the entities likely knowing much more about the status than we, and their bid is kind of low, I assume that they are going to get it, and they often do, so that's where I place my bid and, it certainly worked today and on many other occasions. Interesting that there are those that don't believe in manipulation.
