I just finished watching Ashleigh McIvor win gold in womens skicross, awesome result.

I listened to the storey about how she wrote about skicross and why it should be in the olympics, I also heard she wrote in her diary every day about what she needed to do to prepare to win gold.

We are writing our own story, one we can one day be proud of, one where we will win our "gold" ( or nickel, or chromite, or a host of other minerals)

To win we need to have strategy, we need good coaching, we need a plan....I for one am confident we have a winning team.....

Don't let this minor setback or interuption diminish or extinguish your hopes for our gold medal...its just part of the journey, one that we know that we will win, one that we write about daily, one that we believe in...
