"The Corporation and the Investors have also entered into a nondisclosure agreement which remains in full force and effect, in accordance with its terms."
How convenient.....
Another point of interest is this clause..
"The Investors have been granted a one year right of participation whereby the Investors have the pro rata right to participate for an aggregate of up to 25% of any public offering by the Corporation"
So, these unnamed investors have a right to up to 25% of any future PP....but, we don't have the right to know who these investor's are?
Now when you look at what has been happening to our share price....trading activities...two things come to mind
1) stock options for management
2) PP to .....let's call them "investors"
I think it may be safe to conclude that these investor's are likely those responsible for where our share price is today.
What ever happened to openness....oh how these nondisclosure agreements seem to justify keeping retail in the dark. Perhaps they should invite a selected few retail to private events/meetings.....and not tell them anything....so that they could come back and report....oh....nothing. Then that somehow makes everything on the up and up.
