I think FN statement was made on the 18th therefore the time line would begin from there. I think it would be obvious that anyone who thinks logically instead of posting for no good reason, would agree that if FN told the public the 3 companies that have been mentioned. Then those companies would not be grouped in with the companies that they have problems with. I would presume Tribute must be 1 of the 3.
