Well, folks, I still await my Noront shares/warrants that were promised when I tendered my Freewest shares on Dec. 8th! The offer from Noront did not say that I would get "restricted" shares. This is wrong. Regardless of when I finally receive my shares, I will have lost more than half of my investment by tendering to Noront.

Others have also PM'd me saying the same thing and several are considering a law suit. I'm still waiting to hear from my broker, and they are waiting to hear from the DTC lawyer, who are waiting to hear from the Noront lawyer!

It's rather pathetic.
