I understood that in the day of King Richard I thought he had put all the necessary permits and agreements in place so that this very thing didn't happen to Noront. We all keep blaiming the current BOD but would it not have been the old BOD responsibilty?

Looks to me like the wisemen/women on this forum have left and for the most part on ly the moaners remain (no offence to anyone). I'm just tired of this ongoing bash and deffend descussion tha occures a every day.
