Just realized: How 800 people from Webequie located 70 miles away can own or have

any say in Ring's resources.

At best, they may have trap lines that far away. Nor can I see any logic in anyone

going that far away to go hunting.

To me it is as if someone in Barrie, or Kitchener, telling Toronto how to manage

their area, even for environmental reasons.
