I think you are over-reacting here. A review of the relevant comments and who posted them does not support your pretty extreme position. Non-bashing newcomers get a pretty good reception here, especially when they introduce themselves.

However, the buck stops with you on this and obviously you are at liberty to interpret the responding comments as you will.
