Also, don't forget that Pinetree holds a significant stake in Temex, which as we know has a sizable land position in the ROF. Only trouble is that Temex can not advance any of their properites right now. Knowing the Boards of Macdonald and Temex are quite close, i suspect we could see some plan of arrangement made to spin out these assests into a new company. I think Pinetree would be a major backer for this, but i'll try to get some info at the PDAC. I think it would make sense for these companies given their current state and the fact they can't advance their properties the way they would like.
