I doubt that Noront would go it alone by issuing shares. They would pre-sell/borrow using the ore for collateral. No dilution. Cliffs and Noront and others would work together to bring in access as all parties will benifit. All you need to do is look how mines are built in the past and the answers are in front of you. JVs and participation of many companies is always done to advance a project. Its easy to see all the problems that could happen and just as easy to see the similarities in successful mines. If you know nothing about mining I can understand the worry. If you have been around new mine projects for some time there are no worries with Noront. Rof is over the worst or there would not be such a whirlwind of interest by all the different governments and so many wanting a piece of the pie. I am not selling my piece of the pie no matter how many tell me its bad tasting pie. It will taste better with age.
