"My guess would be in the $3.00 range. I would definitely not be excited by this. Of course, once we have a bid, another or more might be drawn in and further round(s) of bidding could bring it up to a "live with" figure."

Does anyone know what price range the institutional SH got their shares at? That would have to be a bare minimum entry point to any kind of offers.
