Interesting amount of information. How does one really get all the truths, as there are a lot of maybe's in the authors interpretation.

Possibly KWG and SPQ are next and the subsequent rise in the volume of the shares as dully noted on this board. So, maybe some should buy some.

But, I am troubled with two items.

1. The initiation (supposedly) of a railroad route without contact or input with our Indian Peoples. And our Government?

2. And Cliffs has chosen KWG to be the initial i.e. planning committee for the railroad and refinery through a subsidiary financing and development arm set up by KWG called Canadian Chrome.....................we have talked a lot about this over a long time.

And we wonder why the Indian People are upset? Cliffs, an American company, had no intention from what anyone on here can see of even acknowledging any problems this might cause. See no, Hear no, Speak no.

And, if I have it correct, the route they are touting runs through a lot of BOG, and bypasses Indian areas that would benefit from a railroad....

Couple all of this with a Government that at best will use all of this as a political tool, which we are now seeing unfold. Also, an incredibly insensitive government to apparently an airstrip built without proper permit from Government after the fact, as if it was all being done in secret.

And, from the outside what looks like a sincere effort on the part of NOT in particular to engage and promote a beneficial relationship with our Native People ,who possibly are caught up and checkmated by the very Peoples they supposedly have a good relatiionship with.

And, finally a Native People's exquisite timing that has ground everything to a halt.

Read what I just wrote. I maybe don't have all the facts correct, but I have enough correct to show that for the good of everyone, the Indian People, the companies in the ROF, and the Government, that it is important that all that needs to be set up in writing needs to GET done now before we go any further.

Cliffs needs to be told the rules by government through support of our Native People, and fast. It is not just about "Oh, how wonderful, Cliffs is going to develop the Infrastructure in the Ring of Fire", it is more about "Government really meaning what it says about our North, our Peoples of the North, the development of the North, and the protection of our Northlands, and Cliffs getting the message big time."
