Hi Brattymack....couldn't agree more, but the TSX listing was one of the 'major' points of the 'great proxy battle of '08'.

The arguement was RN was 'asleep at the wheel' & should have had NOT listed on the TSX in 2007/2008.

However, here we are almost 17 months after the Oct 28, 20008 AGM & no listing in sight (from what I gather---hopefully I'm wrong). Parisotto was a 'TSX listing' guru & I thought he would have done it ASAP

From the NOT website:

Prior to these current responsibilities, Mr. Parisotto was Manager, Original Listings at The Toronto Stock Exchange from 1985 to 1994. During his tenure at the TSE he was involved in the listing process for over 250 companies.

Maybe there is more happening 'behind the scenes' that has held up the listing to the 'Big Board'

Let's hope the TSX listing is come Q2/Q3 after the FN 'issues' are settled
