In history man has shown ingenuity and incredible perseverance in order to achieve incredible things that to some looked upon as impossible.

After building the pyramids, going to the moon, and building a thriving city complete with a lagoon in the sands of Dubai, I don’t think the swamp will be much of a problem. It sure doesn’t seem to be intimidating anyone out of property claims.
