How many drills?

Pardon my ignorance, but a question for the board. How many drills were turning before the blockade? And once they bring in the new "Deep Drills" will they be able to keep enough crews to ad the drills to the others or will they have to shut down as many as they bring in, as not enough man power to run all drills?
